I use a one gallon pot or larger and place a handful of the dried or green tea mix..add water..bring to a rolling boil for ten minutes.. reduce the heat to a simmer..for twenty minutes or so.. your liquid should have the same color as the tea in my picture with the jug..this is a medicine dose.the lighter colored green tea can be used as a daily wellness dose...you can reboil the mix for more tea if wished... for general wellness..one cup daily..I add honey and lemon juice.. because the tea dose taste bad.but it works..you can actually reuse the mixture again if wanted..I store my finished tea in the fridge..the mixture should be stored in a cool dry place
