    Organic Senna Leaf 1080 mg;
    Proprietary Blend,
    920 mg: Organic chamomile flower, Organic bitter fennel fruit, Organic peppermint leaf
    Organic, Non-GMO, and Kosher.
    Suggested Use
    Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag for relief. Let steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1 cup, preferably at bedtime if you're an adult or child over 12.  Relieves occasional constipation, generally produces a bowel movement within 6-12 hours.
