Inspiration
Tavernware is based on period designs that have been interpreted for modern dinnerware. Plates take the form and shape of plates of the period while hollowares, such as teacups and teapots, have been adapted for modern requirements. Tavernware is decorated with elements from eighteenth-century patterns and is used in the taverns operating today in the Historic Area of Williamsburg.
