Japan. Group of 7 Issued banknotes from Japan. 2 are "Contribute to Country" special bond notes issued in 1942 by Nippon Kangyo Bank. Both are of 1 Yen face value. The red colored note is missing a top portion. It has a serial number of 014677 and is the 4th group, which is issued in January 1942. The green colored note has a serial number of 063134 and is the 5th group, which is issued in April 1942. VG condition with rough edges; 1 Yen Military Currency, P-67, VF condition; Bank of Japan: 10 Sen, P-53a; 5 Sen, P-52a; 100 Yen, P-90c; and a Japanese Bond Note with a pair of coupons attached. (7)
