Homer Laughlin China Fishs Eddy TEDDY ROOSEVELT WITH BEAR Plate

This is for an unusual Plate from Homer Laughlin China in the Fishs Eddy pattern.  No damage.  Plate features Teddy Roosevelt with a Bear.  Measurements can be seen in photo 2.  I do not know the age of this piece.  I found it among Mom's china in the back of a hutch.
