The 11" x 8 1/2"  book has 56 pages.   It is in read condition & although all pages are tight to the spiral binding, it has some yellow hi-lighting, & two coffee stains on the front cover & another on the outside edge of most pages, that happily does not show on the inside of those pages.   There is a 1/2" long lower outside corner crease that shows on all pages.    Per last photo, there is a map pocket inside the rear cover, BUT!
I'm sorry to report, that MAP IS MISSING!
For gold prospectors or mineral collectors, this reports covers many areas of great interest.   I guarantee days or months of interesting exploration in the area covered in the report.    The map in photo 5 does list many of the mines in the area, which stretches from just north of Atlanta into the southern Sawtooth mountains, to a few miles south of Featherville.
From a Non-smoking household, and this item does not have any mildew or mold odors.
